The goal for my practice is simply to help my patients retain their teeth all of their lives if possible, in maximum comfort, function, health, and esthetics, and to accomplish this appropriately

If you are a new patient, please arrive at our office 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are an existing patient, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, kindly give us at least 24hr advance notice or call us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will result in BROKEN APPOINTMENT FEE.
We reserve the right to cancel any appointment that is not confirmed at least 48 hours before the appointment time.
Our grace period is 10 minutes.
We understand that different circumstances can affect your arrival at the office. However, to ensure that all patients are seen on time, we cannot extend the courtesy period.
When visiting us for an initial exam, consultation or dental treatment, we need X-rays taken or recent X-rays forwarded from your previous dentist. Without the x-rays on file during your visit, we will not be able to see you.
If you are a new patient and have recent x-rays, you may request that they be forwarded to us at: hello [at] implantnyc.com
At Better Living through Dentistry, payment is expected at the time that a dental service is performed. Different financial arrangements can be arranged with our office manager if your treatment involves dental insurance or some form of extensive dental care. We encourage you to ask us about our different financing options.
If dental insurance is involved in your dental treatment, we will prepare all of the forms required. However, it must be stated that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance provider, not between your insurance provider and our office. While we can make no guarantee regarding estimated coverage, we will do our best to ensure you receive the most coverage possible. It should also be stated that you are responsible for your total obligation if your insurance benefits yield less coverage than anticipated. We can submit a pre-treatment estimate if you would like to learn what your expected insurance coverage will be. Generally, your insurer will be able to send you a detailed response to this request within four to six weeks.
Our office will gladly work with you to find a payment arrangement that will work for you. We are proud to offer interest-free financing through CareCredit.
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Debit Cards are also accepted.
